Design and materials
Large gypsy hoop earrings silver, hand-sculpted from precious metal clay using the interlocking circles’ pattern. It reminds of pond circles or raindrops.
The circles have been adorned with 5 different size stones – white CZ cabochons reminding of water drops.
Metal clay jewelry allows reproducing different patterns and textures taken from life and nature.

I used the natural state of fine silver-white matt surface – and polished the highlighted surface only. The reverse side has been steel brushed.
To prevent tarnishing the hoops have been covered with a protective silver varnish. The varnish covered surface does not contact the skin. Earhooks are of sterling silver.
